SoCalPROS Cocktail Reception for OC Association of Legal Administrators
Afinety participated in the SoCalPROS 9th annual cocktail reception for the OC-ALA members immediately following the ACES event on February 5. ALA members were able to unwind and network with their peers and business partners after their educational summit. Afinety is a member of the Orange County and Los Angeles Chapters of the SoCalPROS.

Chapman Law School
Doug Hafford was invited to speak to 20 law students at Chapman Law School on February 4. The presentation was for Professor Michel’s class and the topic was Getting Equipped for Technology. The goal was to prepare the students for entering a real world practice and making decisions on the right technology tools for themselves or their future firms. The presentation covered the entire process of determining what technology is right for the varying needs of a lawyer or firm as well as some specific examples of how decisions had been made by real law firms.
