We successfully installed new networks in 68 firms in Southern California. Of those, many were referred to us by you, our valuable clients. We now support over 180 firms and 3000 users throughout Southern California, the Bay Area and Las Vegas.
In 2005, we enhanced our service offerings with:
- New remote support capabilities for all clients including remote support for your mobile and home users
- Web based service satisfaction surveys
- Afinety Support Alerts for critical support announcements
- Regular email newsletters and our monthly giveaways

|
On behalf of our clients,
Afinety made a holiday donation to StopCancer.
It was our way of sharing our success with an organization that does an excellent job supporting the fight against cancer.

| SEMINAR - Smart Legal Document Management |

Can you find your client documents in under 5 seconds? You might initially say, “Sure, we can do that. Everything’s fine. No problems! Documents are on the server. Email is in everyone’s mailbox.” But if you took a closed look, you may be surprised at how much time your attorneys, your most important resource, spend looking for documents. In fact, like most firms, you may be wasting an amazing amount of billable time trying to find and manage documents.
That’s where Interwoven WorkSite can help. With WorkSite, you can:
- Get instant access to any firm document, client e-mail, pleading - find documents in less than 5 seconds.
- Use a simple, Outlook friendly, drag and drop interface that attorneys will use - every time, every day.
- Easily search for case and matter related documents by any criteria, including full text search.
- Integrate client emails with matter related documents. Get this important matter related asset out of attorney’s individual mail boxes and into your firm’s knowledge base.
At this seminar, you’ll see WorkSite implemented in a law firm environment. You’ll come away with the information you need to make an informed decision for your firm.

Thanks to Wi-Fi hotspots, wireless broadband and hotel room Ethernet connections, you can compute with full connectivity from just about any (civilized) place in the world. However, despite the seemingly paperless nature of the modern world, there are times when nothing but good, old-fashioned hard copies will do. Sooner or later, you'll need to print an important document on the road.

When it comes to high speed wireless connections, which big cities are the best?
Lots of metropolitan areas have public Wi-Fi networks. But which places actually get it? Where are you likely to find plentiful opportunities to make a high-speed hookup without paying a bundle? Which ones offer the best coverage and a culture that embraces the unwired life?

December's Winner: Linda Bryan - Colantuono & Levin
Linda was our winner for December. That Oreo Cookie Cheesecake must have been a big hit for the holidays.
We're starting off the New Year right with something a little different - Petite Chocolate Fantasy. I recently tried these for a party - oh my, they were a big hit. Each individual 3" dessert is a layer of moist chocolate cake and topped with delicious chocolate mousse that is blended with cream of cocoa, imported mocha paste and espresso. Finished off with a layer of chocolate ganache, a triangle shaped piece of chocolate and dark chocolate drizzle.
