| Kevin McCarthy, Vice President, has been with Afinety since January, 2003. He is responsible for operations, client services, system engineer scheduling and accounting. He brings over 15 years of IT experience encompassing operations, systems integration, account management, consulting, software development, sales and marketing management, and business development. He has successfully taken small service organizations and grown them to large national service operations. Prior to joining Afinety, Mr. McCarthy served as a Partner, and Director of Technical Business Services for MicroAge Inc., where he helped to grow the company to over $100+ million in revenues annually. Mr. McCarthy holds a BS in Management Information Systems and Management Systems Analysis. |

| Richard Frediani, Vice President, has been with the Afinety team for 15 years. He is very experienced in the SMB market working with professional offices to achieve their technology goals. Mr. Frediani has Bachelor degrees in Information Systems and Business Administration from California State University as well as technical certifications from Microsoft, Citrix, and Hummingbird. |

| Douglas Hafford, Vice President of Sales and Founder, has been with the Afinety team for 21 years. He is responsible for sales strategy, sales team building, and marketing. He has had training in nearly every phase of the personal computer industry, has a wide range practical computer knowledge for small business systems, and is certified in many networking technologies. Mr. Hafford has a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from the University of California at San Diego. |
