Sentinel
Sentinel is a virtual network interface, which allows proactive monitoring and remote technical support. Sentinel is included with any of Afinety's "complete" solutions or can be added to your existing network.

The requirements to enable Sentinel are different on each system. The software required is Micrososft Terminal Services, Microsoft System Management Server and Microsoft SQL server. If you wish to have your backup system monitored, we require CA Brightstor (ARCServe) Backup to be installed.
