Hyperlink Approach  

Macros from Afinety offer a unique hyperlink approach to document creation.  Unlike other macro packages that require extensive drill-down into multi-level menus, Afinety macro sets offer a familiar hyperlink process that brings appropriate menu choices to the user just by clicking on a link - it’s as easy as browsing your favorite web page. 

For example, to add attorneys to a pleading document, a simple click on the “Attorneys and Firm” link pops the menu box that’s pre-configure with the firm’s attorney list that even includes SBNs.  A quick selection of the desired attorneys inserts and formats the name appropriately.

For most firms, repetitive tasks like printing envelopes and labels can take up a surprising amount of time.  Although every word processing program has mail merge, no one can remember how it works.  With Afinety macros, if you need to print a label the system knows who the contact is and formats the letter or label appropriately.  And, you can visually choose which label position to print saving additional costs in wasted label stock.

Complex Additions to Documents
