Unlike other macro packages that require extensive drill-down into multi-level menus, Afinety macro sets offer a familiar hyperlink process that brings appropriate menu choices to the user just by clicking on a link - it’s as easy as browsing your favorite web page.
For example, to add attorneys to a pleading document, a simple click on the “Attorneys and Firm” link pops the menu box that’s pre-configure with the firm’s attorney list that even includes SBNs. A quick selection of the desired attorneys inserts and formats the name appropriately.
For most firms, repetitive tasks like printing envelopes and labels can take up a surprising amount of time. Although every word processing program has mail merge, no one can remember how it works.
