Remote Support Signup

Remote support service is provided to Afinety Client Service Agreement clients on a standard invoice basis or to non-CSA clients via monthly credit card billing. Your Afinety account executive will contact you to finalize your remote support agreement. Upon client status verification and remote support activation, you will receive an email from Afinety Support providing additional information and instructions. Please see the Afinety Support page for a step by step description of the remote support process.

Remote Support Service Charge: $25.00 per month (for non-Fortress/Evolution clients)
Actual support hours billed: 6 minute increments
Activation Fee: $100.00 - FREE if you signup before August 31, 2005
